1. FINAL SALE POLICY All custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for errors in measurements provided by the Customer or for a "change of mind".


2. CANCELLATION POLICY (24 HOURS) The Customer has a strict 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation and full refund. After 24 hours, the order enters the production phase, and no cancellations will be issued.

 

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY & TOLERANCE For bespoke products, the Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate measurements. Due to the handcrafted nature of leather, a technical tolerance of up to 1.5 cm (0.6 inches) is accepted and does not constitute a defect.

4. LIMITED WARRANTY (15 DAYS) Solans LLC offers a 15-day limited warranty covering major manufacturing defects only (e.g., broken zippers). This does not cover normal wear and tear or fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements.
