SHIPPING POLICY (FOB ORIGIN)

1. ORIGIN & RISK All shipments are manufactured and dispatched from Argentina via international courier. Title to the goods and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin).

2. IMPORT DUTIES While estimated duties may be included at checkout, any unexpected administrative fees or local customs requirements in the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

3. DELAYS (FORCE MAJEURE) Solans LLC is not liable for delays resulting from customs, strikes, or natural disasters.
